Consultation Requirement: If you have medical conditions, skin issues, recent facial procedures, are taking medications or supplements, or have existing brow work, a consultation is necessary.

Non-Refundable Reservation Fee: The fee paid to secure your appointment is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations or no-shows on the appointment day will incur a 100% cancellation fee, without exceptions.

Reservation Fee Purpose: The reservation fee secures your slot, preventing us from booking other clients at that time. Missed appointments or lateness beyond 15 minutes cause economic loss to our studio.

Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests are accepted up to 7 business days before the appointment date, or at our discretion.

Balance Payment: After the reservation fee, the remaining balance must be paid on the appointment day. Full charges may apply for missed appointments.

Correction Fee: Correcting color/design from pre-existing work may involve a $100 fee at the artist's discretion.

Two-Session Process: Achieving desired results requires two sessions, with gradual changes between sessions. Judging results based on one session isn't recommended.

Timely Touch-Up: For microblading (up to 8 weeks) and powder brows (up to 10 weeks), timely touch-up sessions are important to avoid additional charges.

Maintenance Consultation: Prior consultation is needed before booking maintenance sessions. Microblading maintenance requires unfaded hair strokes. Maintenance prices are valid up to 9 months post-last session.

Parking: Public parking is available; use PayByPhone app. Studio isn't responsible for parking-related costs.

Medication/Supplement Warning: Avoid alcohol, aspirin, certain supplements, and caffeine before appointments. Follow instructions for blood thinners and antibiotics. Pregnancy/breastfeeding not allowed.

Companions and Children: No companions or children are allowed during appointments.

Preparation for Treatment: Discontinue certain products (Retin A, etc.) two weeks before treatment. A 1-year wait after Accutane usage is necessary.

BOTOX and Fillers: Must be done before permanent makeup, and wait 1 month after injections for treatment.

Tan/Sunburn: No tan or sunburn to the treatment area 2 weeks before the appointment.

Lash/Eyebrow Growth Serums: Discontinue use 1 month before treatment.

Microblading/Semi-Permanent Makeup: Only use Tylenol for pain, avoid bleeding-inducing supplements a week before.
